Nuh and the Big Boat
The Prophet Nuh, peace be upon him, calls his people to Allah for many, many years, patiently, even when they laugh at him. Then Allah tells him to build a great ship, and it carries the believers safely through the flood.
From the StoryLong ago, the people of Nuh had forgotten Allah. They had made statues, given them names, and called them their gods. So Allah sent Nuh to them. And Nuh said: “My people, worship Allah. You have no god other than Him.” Nuh loved his people, and he wanted them to be safe. He did not ask them for any money. His reward was with Allah alone.
