Hud, peace be upon him, calls the strong people of 'Ad to thank Allah and stop being proud. Most of them do not listen, and Allah keeps Hud and the believers safe. When we see clouds and wind, we can remember Allah and ask Him for good.
From the StoryThe people of ’Ad came after the people of Nuh. Allah gave them so many blessings. He made them tall and strong, stronger than anyone around them. He gave them herds of animals, and many children, and green gardens, and springs of fresh water. The Qur’an tells us about their tall pillars, and that nothing like them had been made in the land.
