Privacy

Last updated 31 October 2026

In short: Munira collects no data about you or your family. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics. What you set up in the app stays on your phone.

What stays on your phone

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your name, email or payment details. To check what you have bought, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-verification service. It receives an anonymous app ID and the store receipt, nothing that identifies you. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.

Reminders

Bedtime and trial reminders are local notifications, scheduled on your phone. They are only set if you ask for them, and they send nothing anywhere.

Children

Munira is made for families to listen to together. We do not collect personal information from children or from anyone. Every purchase is confirmed in the App Store’s or Google Play’s own payment sheet, so a child cannot buy anything without your Face ID, Touch ID or password.

Links to other websites

Each Story’s Sources can open the verse on quran.com or the hadith on sunnah.com, and the app links to these Terms and this policy. They open in your browser. Those sites have their own privacy policies; the app tells them nothing about you.

Sharing

If you choose “Share with family” after a Story, the app hands a picture of the Moral card to your phone’s share sheet. It contains no personal data, and where it goes is up to you.

Changes and contact

If this ever changes, we will update this page and the date above before the app changes. Questions: hello@munira.app.
